Steve Silver has been singing and performing jazz, blues, R&B and gospel since the age of 13. His interpretation of the Great American Songbook standards is in the style of the incomparable Tony Bennett. In addition to performing in SW Florida in season, Steve also performs in Connecticut and New York during the summer months.
Stu Shelton is recognized as one of the finest jazz pianists in SW Florida. He has a following of fans who have been enjoying his performances at venues throughout the area for many years. Stu has recorded and performed with 5-time grammy winner Ira Sullivan and accompanied many internationally known singers. He has been influenced by piano giants such as Bill Evans, Errol Garner, Horace Silver, Oscar Peterson and Keith Jarret.
Steve and Stu look forward to bringing the best songs from The Great American Songbook to your club event, private party or wedding function. They are available as a duo, trio (with drummer) or quartet (with drummer and upright bass). Songs include everyone’s favorite standards, such as those listed below and many others.
